These Terms and Conditions are a contract between the customer and Ashrafi Au Naturel (the reference made to “the customer”, refers to the user of the website, the purchaser of the products, user of the products and the account holder). As a user of the website or products, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the customer does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, the customer should not use Ashrafi Au Naturel products or the website.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that Ashrafi Au Naturel may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the products (or any features within the website) to the customer or to users generally at Ashrafi Au Naturel’s sole discretion, without prior notice. The customer may stop using the products or the website at any time.

Payment An agreement of sale between Ashrafi Au Naturel and the customer is only valid once payment has been made and Ashrafi Au Naturel receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Ashrafi Au Naturel. No contract will exist between the customer and Ashrafi Au Naturel for the service until Ashrafi Au Naturel accepts the order by a confirmatory e-mail, SMS message, or other appropriate means of communication.

The customer is responsible for any third-party fees that may be incurred when using the website.
